
Individual volunteer tasks may vary depending on air show weekend and location. All
Volunteers need to be 16 years of age and up with a parent/guardian Volunteer present

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
Volunteers for this area will check-in all volunteers and direct them to their job locations.
RESERVED SEATING AMBASSADORS
Volunteers for this area will greet patrons and check their seat assignments before the
patron enters the seating area. Customer service is key in this position.
• Outdoor position all day, lots of standing and moving, escorting guests to their
assigned seats, walk around asking guests to remain seated during areal
performances
• Shift time - 9:00am - 6:00pm
o Thursday – 15 Volunteers – 10am – 4:30pm (placing chair numbers)
o Friday - 10 Volunteers - 11:00am - 4:30pm
o Saturday - 30 Volunteers - 8:00am - 6:00pm
o Sunday - 30 Volunteers - 8:00am - 6:00pm
FLIGHTLINE CLUB & PRIVATE CHALETS -
Volunteers for this area will greet patrons and check credentials before the patron
enters this special reserved area. Customer service is key in this position.
• 20 volunteers needed per day
• Ideally working both days
• Outdoor position all day, mostly a standing position with occasional seated
tasks
• Shift time - 7:00am - 5:00pm
HANDICAPPED SHUTTLE DRIVERS -
Volunteers assigned to this area will be driving golf carts in a safe and responsible
manner. Must be able to assist other patrons on and off the cart
• 6 positions per day
• Must be over 25 years old
• Must be physically fit, able to list 40 pounds, and assist passengers on and off
the shuttle.
